Trip to Archeological Museum Gobustan
On April 8, 2017, Grade 6 students were taken to the Archeological Museum in Gobustan, which is an important part of Azerbaijan history. At the museum, the history dates back to when people first created writings on the wall, back to Stone ages. Students witnessed very old stones and learned how people first played music with stones to gather the tribe and saw the first dancing groups which were carved on the walls as well as drawings of how people went to hunting. It was very interesting for students, especially when they participated in the interactive activities like working with arrows, making pottery, and cooking national yuxa.
