Teacher Appreciation Day
On October 5, 2016, prefects from the SABIS Student Life Organization® (SLO®) outreach and activities departments organized an “Appreciation Day” for teachers, teaching assistants, and bus supervisors. To show their gratitude to the teachers, the prefects prepared origami flowers, made home-made cupcakes, and invited all teacher, teaching assistants, and bus supervisors during lunch break for the special event. There, the prefects read a poem about teachers and their roles in their lives and played games with the teachers. The teachers were so surprised and expressed their endless gratitude to the prefects for making them feel special.
