OWOC, Protection of Marine Ecosystem, Beach Cleanup Day
On September 15, G9-G11 joined an activity with the protection of the marine ecosystem, a project continued from the previous year, by participating in World Clean Up Day.
The students went to the beach to clean up the shore from any plastic, glass, or trash and sorted them in three separate bags. The goal was to clean an area of about 2 m2. The project was successful at enlightening both students and citizens of Azerbaijan to take care of their environment as it belongs to all of us.
